• We will not knowingly sell, rent or give client lists, data or personal information about our clients to others, other than the professional service providers to which we will send your contact information, for which you have expressed your consent (by virtue of your use of this Site).

• We require all of our employees and contractors, the professional service providers to which we send your contact information, and companies providing services for us or on our behalf, to keep client your personal information confidential.

• Employees or contractors who violate our Privacy Policy will be subject to discipline, which may include termination of our relationship with them. We also vow to terminate our relationship with any professional service provider we learn has violated our Privacy Policy.

Keeping Your Files Secure   We have security programs that protect data about you from unauthorized use or disclosure. Some of the techniques we use to protect your personal information may include secured files, firewall technology, and the use of other security software. Access to your files is restricted to those who need the information to administer our business. Our Privacy Policy applies to both current and former Users.   Information We Collect About You   Which professional service provider is best for your particular circumstance is a function of who you are, what professional services you need and what your personal objectives are. To put enough information in the hands of the professional service providers to whom we will send your personal information, so that they can determine whether they wish to contact you, we collect as much information as possible about you and your needs. We collect this information to administer our business, confirm your identity and meet our objective of connecting you with as many qualified professional service providers as possible.   The information we collect varies for different services and may include your:

• Occupation

• Address

• Telephone number

• Facsimile number

• E-mail address

• Date of birth

• Marital status

• Dependents and their ages

• Income

• Assets (savings, real estate, insurance, investments, IRAs, 401(k)s, art, collectibles)

• Amount of money that you intend to spend on a given professional service or with a given professional service provider

• Timeframe in which you expect to choose a professional service provider to perform a given professional service on your behalf

Other Information Goldline Collects   Cookies. When you visit the Goldline Site, we may send one or more cookies - a small text file containing a string of alphanumeric characters - to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser. Goldline uses both session cookies and persistent cookies. A persistent cookie remains after you close your browser. Persistent cookies may be used by your browser on subsequent visits to the Site. Persistent cookies can be removed by following your web browser help file directions. A session cookie is temporary and disappears after you close your browser. You can reset your web browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, some features of the Goldline Site may not function properly if the ability to accept cookies is disabled.   Log File Information. When you use the Goldline Site, our servers may automatically record certain information that your web browser sends whenever you visit any website. These server logs may include information such as your web request, Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, browser language, referring / exit pages and URLs, platform type, number of clicks, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed and the order of those pages, the amount of time spent on particular pages, the date and time of your request, and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser.   Clear GIFs Information. When you use the Goldline Site, we may employ "clear GIFs" (a.k.a. Web Beacons) which are used to track the online usage patterns of our Users anonymously (i.e., in a non-personally-identifiable manner). In addition, we may also use clear GIFs in HTML-based emails sent to our Users to track which emails are opened by recipients.   Personally Identifiable Information. If you submit personally identifiable information to us through the Goldline Site, then we may use your personal information to operate, maintain, and provide to you the features and functionality of the Goldline Site.

• We do not use your e-mail address or other personally identifiable information to send commercial or marketing messages without your consent or except as part of a specific program or feature for which you will have the ability to opt-in or opt-out. We may, however, use your e-mail address without further consent for non-marketing or administrative purposes (such as notifying you of major Goldline Site changes or for customer service purposes).

When Goldline Discloses Information

• We provide your information to participating professional service providers. You should note that professional service providers listed on our Site have all been selected and vetted using Goldline’s rigorous proprietary research process, including an evaluation of thousands of service providers in the selected industry sector, to cull all but companies of exemplary quality from our list.

• We use reasonable efforts with respect to the unaffiliated companies that provide support services for us, to limit such use to companies which have privacy policies similar to our own.

• We provide personally identifiable information and non-personally-identifiable information to our subsidiaries, affiliated companies, or other businesses or persons for the purpose of processing such information on our behalf. We require that these parties agree to process such information in compliance with our Privacy Policy, and we use reasonable efforts to limit their use of such information and to use other appropriate confidentiality and security measures, understanding the usage patterns for certain content, services, advertisements, promotions, and/or functionality on the Goldline Site.

• We may release personally identifiable information and/or non-personally-identifiable information if required to do so by law, or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with state and federal laws or respond to a court order, subpoena, or search warrant.

Goldline also reserves the right to disclose personally identifiable information and/or non-personally-identifiable information that Goldline believes, in good faith, is appropriate or necessary to enforce our Terms of Use, take precautions against liability, to investigate and defend itself against any third-party claims or allegations, to assist government enforcement agencies, to protect the security or integrity of our Site, and to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Goldline, our Users or others.

Third-Party Advertisers, Links to Other Sites

Goldline may allow other companies, called third-party ad servers or ad networks, to serve advertisements within the Goldline Site. These third-party ad servers or ad networks use technology to send, directly to your browser, the advertisements and links that appear on the Goldline Site. They automatically receive your IP address when this happens. They may also use other technologies (such as cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons) to measure the effectiveness of their advertisements and to personalize the advertising content you see.

Goldline does not provide any personally identifiable information to these third-party ad servers or ad networks without your consent or except as part of a specific program or feature for which you will have the ability to opt-in or opt-out. However, please note that if an advertiser asks Goldline to show an advertisement to a certain audience (for example, men ages 18-34) or audience segment (for example, men ages 18-24 who have viewed certain channels of content) and you respond to that advertisement, the advertiser or ad-server may conclude that you fit the description of the audience they are trying to reach. The advertiser may also use information regarding your use of the Goldline Site, such as the number of times you viewed an ad (but not any personally identifiable information), to determine which ads to deliver to you.

Goldline's Privacy Policy does not apply to, and we cannot control the activities of, such other advertisers or websites.

Our Commitment To Data Security   Goldline uses commercially reasonable physical, managerial, and technical safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of your personal information. We cannot, however, ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to Goldline and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission of information, Goldline makes commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the security of our systems. However, please note that this is not a guarantee that such information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards.   If Goldline learns of a security systems breach, then we may attempt to notify you electronically so that you can take appropriate protective steps. Goldline may post a notice on the Goldline Site if a security breach occurs. Depending on where you live, you may have a legal right to receive notice of a security breach in writing. To receive a free written notice of a security breach (or to withdraw your consent from receiving electronic notice) you should notify us at feedback@themostdependable.com.   In the Event of Merger, Sale or Bankruptcy   In the event that Goldline is acquired by or merged with a third party entity, we reserve the right, in any of these circumstances, to transfer or assign the information we have collected from our Users as part of such merger, acquisition, sale, or other change of control. In the unlikely event of our bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, receivership, or assignment for the benefit of creditors, or the application of laws or equitable principles affecting creditors' rights generally, we may not be able to control how your personal information is treated, transferred, or used.   Professional Service Providers Contacting You   After participating professional service providers receive your information, they may contact you directly via telephone, e-mail or other communications. All of our service providers operate under federal and/or state laws and regulations and believe, as we do, that the internet is an exciting and secure place to do business. If you are matched with any participating professional service providers, the provider you choose will report certain information about your relationship with that vendor, and Goldline will treat that information in the manner it treats all your personal information. Our professional service providers may keep and use your personal information whether or not you enter into a relationship with them, or whether or not they contact you.
